How do we work?

Discover step by step how we approach your project, from the first idea to the finished realization, with also a look behind the scenes at our workshop and our vision on sustainability.

1.
Introduction & quote
Every project starts with a good conversation. We listen to your ideas, wishes, expectations and timing, so we get a clear understanding of what you need. We then prepare a transparent and detailed quote, so you know exactly how the budget is structured. Clear, organized and without surprises.

2.
Preparation & planning
After approval, we take the next steps together. You get a dedicated project manager as a central point of contact, who follows everything from A to Z: from the first measurement to the final delivery. This way, you are assured of smooth coordination between our teams, suppliers and subcontractors.

We also take as much of the administration off your hands as possible. We take care of the post-intervention file, the occupation of public space, Checkinatwork, as-built plans, safety coordination and other requirements.

3.
Technical elaboration & PRODUCTION
Our technical draftsmen translate the design into a fully executable and production-ready plan. Once the technical plans are finalized, our in-house production starts. In our own workshop, wood, metal, lacquering and printing come together under one roof. Thanks to this multidisciplinary approach, we maintain maximum control over timing and quality.

For each phase, we involve the right subcontractors: professionals we would also choose for ourselves. This way, all activities align seamlessly and we guarantee a high-quality end result.

4.
Execution
Our installation teams install the custom work with care and precision. Thanks to the site meetings, all parties involved remain informed about the progress. We work according to a strict planning and always keep the bigger picture in mind: not only how it looks, but above all how it feels.

Because interior construction is about more than just technique for us. We create spaces where experience is central — for customers, users and visitors.

5.
Delivery
Before the delivery, we prepare everything neatly: cleaned up, finished and 100% ready for use. During the provisional handover, we carry out a detailed walkthrough together. Are there still any finishing touches needed? We make sure they are resolved quickly.

6.
Aftercare & evaluation
Even after the delivery, we remain available. We provide room for feedback and evaluation and are ready to offer additional advice or support. We believe in sustainable collaborations and see every project as the next step in a long-term relationship.
Workshop
Our production workshop is equipped with an extensive and modern machine park, including a panel saw, CNC-controlled milling machines, an edge bander, a vacuum press, welding and metalworking equipment and a spray booth. Thanks to this machine park, we can process a wide range of materials accurately and completely in our own workshop.

Viaprintix is our in-house print partner, allowing us to realize all print and signmaking applications for interior construction projects internally: from wall prints, facade signage and cut-out letters to laser work and printing on panels, textile fabrics and window films.

Sustainability

Sustainability is central to our organization. We focus on energy efficiency through the electrification of our vehicle fleet, an energy-efficient building and more than 1000 m2 of solar panels that cover a large part of our energy needs.

In addition, we consciously choose circularity in materials. In collaboration with UNILIN, we use particle boards that consist of 95% recycled material, collected by us and processed again into new boards. Sustainability is also part of our design approach, allowing us to significantly reduce the ecological footprint of our projects.
