For Astara Tailormate realized the largest exhibition stand at the Brussels Motor Show: covering no less than half an exhibition hall. This impressive stand brought together various car brands, including Hyundai, Suzuki, MG, KGM, Isuzu and Maxus, under one strong and recognizable exhibition concept. Despite the enormous surface area, the stand remained easy to navigate thanks to a well-thought-out layout, powerful branding, and clear walkways that effortlessly guided visitors past the various brands and models.

A complete automotive experience at one impressive exhibition stand

In addition to the extensive vehicle displays, we created an exclusive hospitality area where clients, fleet partners, and diplomatic contacts could be hosted in a relaxed setting. The space featured a stylish reception desk, a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped bar, a restaurant, and multiple meeting facilities. Large LED screens, transparent illuminated displays, high-end finishes, and atmospheric lighting ensured the entire stand exuded a premium feel. It was a total project where trade show experience, hospitality, and brand identity came together seamlessly.
