Office renovation for Astara Western Europe in Mechelen

For Astara Western Europe Tailormate delivered a turnkey project in Mechelen. Commissioned by design studio Three of a Kind, an existing office space was completely transformed into a contemporary, inspiring workplace spanning no less than 4,000 m2 across three floors. The project involved the full coordination and execution of the interior works, from demolition and technical adjustments to custom joinery, finishing, and furnishing. Through close collaboration between design, production, and execution, we were able to create a coherent work environment that perfectly aligns with Astara's identity and ambitions.

Tailor-made down to the smallest detail

Office design where craftsmanship comes together

The new office design blends open workspaces, meeting rooms, reception areas, and informal breakout zones into one fluid layout. Organic shapes, warm wood finishes, integrated custom joinery, abundant greenery, and bold color accents create a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere. Thanks to our in-house production workshops for wood, metal, and finishing, every custom element was meticulously detailed and brought to life. The project is now fully operational, with the completion of the new cafeteria to follow shortly as the final phase of this large-scale office renovation.
