1.
nice to meet you
Do you have a question or a creative idea? Our sales team is ready to help you. They think along with you, provide targeted advice and always keep your brand objectives in mind. During a thorough briefing, we map out your expectations and goals clearly. Based on this, we start creating a tailor-made design.

2.
design & QUOTE
Our designers translate your briefing into a creative and innovative stand concept. They think along with you in terms of form, concept and space, with attention to impact, experience and material choices. In parallel, we prepare a transparent quote, so you know exactly how the budget is structured.

3.
Technical elaboration & planning
After approval of the design, our R&D department takes care of the technical elaboration. Based on budget, sustainability and timing, they make the right structural choices. You get one dedicated project manager who follows up the entire file, coordinates everything and monitors the planning until delivery.

Is your stand used at multiple trade fairs? Then we store it safely and clearly organized in our own warehouse of 5,000 m2, ready for reuse whenever you want.
workshop
Our production workshop is equipped with an extensive and modern machine park, including a panel saw, CNC-controlled milling machines, an edge bander, vacuum press, welding and metalworking equipment and a spray booth. Thanks to this machine park, we can process a wide range of materials accurately and completely in our own workshop.

Sustainability

Sustainability is central to our organization. We focus on energy efficiency through the electrification of our vehicle fleet, an energy-efficient building and more than 1000 m2 of solar panels that cover a large part of our energy needs.

In addition, we consciously choose circularity in materials. In collaboration with UNILIN, we use particle boards that consist of 95% recycled material, collected by us and processed again into new boards. Sustainability is also part of our design approach, with reusable exhibition and wall systems that can be used multiple times, significantly reducing the ecological footprint of our projects.

Interaction & experience

For the optimal customer experience we stimulate the senses through scent, colour, light, sound and interactive experiences.

At Tailormate, we strongly believe in relevant interactive and digital applications such as gamification, virtual and augmented reality and visitor measurement. Together with your or our partners, we integrate these seamlessly into your exhibition stand.
